Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits purchased through the platform remain valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Once payment is successfully processed, credits are added to your account immediately. Unless required by law, we generally do not offer refunds for purchased credits. Credit package pricing and availability may change without prior notice.
Free credits may be provided through promotional offers or monthly allocations. These credits may follow different rules and expiration periods, which will be communicated when they are issued.
5. Limitations
In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption.
